Meet Steph

From front desk receptionist to Chief People Officer.

I started my career at the front desk and grew into the role of Chief People Officer. Along the way, I learned that doing great work is only half of it. The other half is being able to say clearly what your work made possible.

That's what I help women do: name their value, communicate it with confidence, and use it to make their next move. I built both of these tools myself, because this work made all the difference in my own career, and I made them for the woman who's already doing the work and is ready for it to count.
